During the normally closed winter period, join us to discover the warmth and ambiance of Christmas at Capesthorne. The visit allows a glimpse through the doors of a family-owned stately home decorated for Christmas. Whilst walking around the house you will be entertained by local musicians, school choirs and there will be an extra special visit from Santa. After pausing to listen to the music the tour takes you upstairs through the house then down into the basement where there is an opportunity to visit craft stalls. There are also more crafts to be seen outside in a marquee. Hot meat rolls, soup, mulled wine and mince pies will be on sale in the Butlers Pantry.

Tickets will be available on the gate. Discount is available for groups of 10 or more adults. To avoid queuing at the gate, apply for tickets in advance to Capesthorne Hall, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 9JY, indicating which day you require them for. Cheques made payable to Capesthorne H & G – (enclose a stamped addressed envelope for return of tickets.) For all ticket enquiries including coaches please contact: info@capesthorne.com or call 01625 861221.
