The other day we showcased two of the caterers we work with here at Capesthorne Hall and today we’re looking at another two; Barretts and Chapman Holmes.
The ethos for Barretts is summed up in three words: Passion, Creativity and Perfection.
Matthew Barrett, a Chef by trade, has worked in numerous fine dining hotels and restaurants, from his initial training through to Michelin Star restaurants followed by years in the Events catering industry his experience has given him a wealth of knowledge in this field.
His passion for food and delivery saw him branch out on his own, culminating in a decision to set up his own business – and Barretts was born.
Since then they have worked hard to grow the business with passion and dedication to their clients ensuring that they have earned a fantastic reputation, not only for their food, but also for their service.
Chapman Holmes have 30 years’ experience in the industry and have seen some changes and trends, some good some not so good, but they have worked their way through it all. So, the immense knowledge they have is unparalleled and their clients’ experience is a priority. They are ready to listen to your ideas and dreams.
