Bridal Hats
An alternative to veils or tiaras is bridal hats. I love this idea because by changing your head wear, you’ll bring a fresh feel to your style. Whatever type of wedding you’re having, there will be a hat to suit.
This pillbox hat is a smart formal style, and the addition of the veil makes it ideal for the bride looking for something different. Ideal for a bridal trouser suit or a modern skirt suit.
Here’s another example for the bride who’s chosen a suit over a traditional style dress. It has quite a vintage feel for such a modern hat.
And if you don’t want a veil at all, then you still have plenty of options. This is a wedding saucer design with Swarovski pearl detail.
I love Fedora hats. They are so versatile. In a trouser suit, they shout attitude.
But they also work really well with more traditional styles. They still broadcast attitude, just a little softer.
I absolutely adore this hat. It is demur and feminine whilst also giving you a strong unique look. It works with a number of style of dresses, like a romantic tulle dress or a rustic boho dress.
And who says they have to be white. Using the right accessories means this black hat is just as bridal as a white one. It’s a real statement piece.
And if you’re after a statement piece then it is big all the way. This floral hat gives a romantic feel and the wide brim forms a similar function to a veil.
Doesn’t this oversized beauty just scream country wedding which is just the hat you want for our Cheshire countryside venue.
Why should you have to chose between statement hat and veil. These two hats show you can have both and still look the perfect bride.
I hope these have given you some inspiration to go for a different style for your wedding while still giving you the perfect bridal look.
