Spring Mocktails
Personally, I love mocktails. They quench my thirst, don’t get me drunk and I love trying different combinations. They also look great and I can pretend that they’re one of my five daily portions of fruit and veg. So, if you’re like me and don’t mind giving alcohol a miss, here are some mocktails for you to consider
Apple Virgin Mojito
Could anything be more classic than a mojito? And apple will compliment the tart lemon and lime flavours giving you a refreshing lift in the middle of the day.

You know this drink, sparkling wine, and orange juice. Well this mocktail substitutes the sparkling wine for sparkling grape juice. It looks the same and tastes fantastic.

Raspberry Mojito
I couldn’t finish without giving you a raspberry mocktail, it is my favourite fruit after all! And it’s another mojito because they’re so fresh and revitalising, and lime goes with most other fruits.
